What a day and what a lot of feelings. There are romantics who dive all in, singletons that feel excluded, and those who'll inevitably forget. All the feels are very real. Playing off this friction we created this cheeky and inclusive campaign. And to be super helpful (and make the most of our digital media) we added a direct call to action at the end of the run - providing those scatter-brained romantics in need of a quick solution.

For the launch of Jaime Winstone's podcast 'Greatest Night Ever' sponsored by Zapp, we took over the Outternet Arcade in Soho with a fully animated takeover featuring music and of course plenty of branding.

We love a good movie night. It's the best way to spend time with your family and friends. So what better way to celebrate an epic film night than with a whimsical set-up at Buckingham Palace? Partnering with Luna Cinema we created a fantastic branded space that is sure to wow everyone who comes to see it. With its bold colours and playful design, this space lands the brands 'at home' occasion and captures the spirit of this fun event through our installation.

More Than Business As Usual

Brand building is great but it’s results driven performance marketing that really puts our creative to the test! Our goal was simple: translate our customer insights into creatives that introduced Zapp as a solution to customers needs. Firstly we needed to capture attention. We stripped back all copy and visuals as well as reformatting the structure of the door-to-door flyers and the layout of the emails - focusing on highlighting product offerings, key occasions and a sense of urgency alongside a clear CTA. By segmenting the audience and A/B testing creative we were able to optimise and rollout to a wider audience; resulting in a 650% uplift in email click through and a 67% reduction in cost-of-acquisition with the door-to-door flyers.
COME ZAPP WITH US
CREATIVE STRATEGY
A key component to quick delivery success is having riders at the ready! The brief was to increase the number of rider applications and reduce cost-per-sign-up. We mapped out the competitive set and spoke to our riders to gain insight into why working at Zapp works for them. From here we mapped out 3 key areas that set our roles apart; flexibility (for those that want it), stability (for those that want it) and activity. We worked with the production agency Sunday to produce and edit 3 key assets to be iterated and posted across Instagram and Facebook featuring actual Zapp riders explaining how the job fit into their different lifestyles. All featuring a clear positioning statement up front, plenty of clear branding within the first 3 seconds, authentic storytelling, dynamic text and a clear CTA.
We also revamped the sign-up flow and aesthetic to make it more approachable and user friendly and minimise blockers. Combined together we reduced cost-per-sign-up by 93.3%.
